Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the SlotRows Google Sheets™ add-on ("SlotRows", "we") accesses, how it is used, and your choices. Contact: support@publicsift.com.

1. Data we access

Google user data

• The spreadsheet where you use SlotRows (scope spreadsheets.currentonly): to create and update the Bookings, Q&A, Weekly stats and status tabs. We cannot access your other files.
• Your Google account email (userinfo.email): to identify your installation for support.
• Connect to external services (script.external_request): to call the Calendly API and the Lemon Squeezy license API.
• Run when you are not present (script.scriptapp): only if you turn on scheduled sync, to run it hourly or daily.
• Display a sidebar (script.container.ui).

Calendly data

After you authorize SlotRows on Calendly with OAuth, we read your user profile, your organization role, scheduled events and invitees (on the Team plan, if you are a Calendly owner or admin and turn on organization-wide sync, events of your organization members), including invitee names, emails, booking form questions and answers, status, cancellation details and UTM tracking parameters. SlotRows only reads; it never creates, changes or cancels anything in Calendly.

License data

If you buy Pro, your license key is sent to Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record) to validate it. Payments are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy under its own privacy policy.

2. How we use data

Solely to provide the user-facing feature you requested: copying your own Calendly booking data into your own spreadsheet and computing summary stats there. We do not use the data for advertising, profiling, selling, or training AI or machine-learning models.

3. Storage and security

• Booking data flows directly from Calendly to your spreadsheet inside Google Apps Script. SlotRows operates no server or database that stores your Google or Calendly data.
• Your Calendly OAuth tokens and license key are stored in Google Apps Script user properties, which are private to your Google account and encrypted at rest by Google. They are never written into the spreadsheet and are not visible to people you share the sheet with.
• All connections use HTTPS.
• A temporary hidden tab (_slotrows_queue) in your spreadsheet holds work in progress for large syncs and is cleared when the sync finishes.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties. Data is only transmitted to Calendly (to read your data), Google (where your sheet lives) and Lemon Squeezy (license validation), as described above, or where required by law. We use no third-party sub-processors for your Calendly data.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy, Limited Use

SlotRows' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we use Google user data only to provide or improve the user-facing features described here; we do not transfer it except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice; we do not use it for advertising; and no human reads it unless you give explicit permission (for example, for a support request), it is needed for security purposes, or required by law.

6. Retention and deletion

• Data copied into your spreadsheet stays there until you delete it.
• Click Disconnect in the sidebar to delete stored Calendly tokens. You can also revoke access in Calendly (Integrations > API & Webhooks / connected apps) and in your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Uninstalling the add-on stops all scheduled syncs.
• Support emails are kept up to 24 months, then deleted.

7. Data breach

If we learn that data was exposed through SlotRows, we will notify affected users and Calendly without undue delay.

8. Children

SlotRows is not intended for anyone under 18.

9. Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of any data we hold about you (in practice, only support correspondence) at support@publicsift.com. Residents of the EU/UK, California and other regions have rights under applicable law, which we honor.
